Subscription plans (Monthly / 6 Months / Yearly) are closed to new sign-ups. Existing subscriptions continue until cancelled. / 定期購入（月額・6ヶ月・年額）は新規募集を終了しました。既存のご契約は解約されるまで継続します。

Existing subscriptions: charged for each billing period and renewed automatically until cancelled. New subscription sign-ups are closed. / 既存の定期購入: 契約期間ごとに課金し、解約されるまで自動更新します。定期購入の新規募集は終了しました。

Exam Pass is charged once at purchase and does not auto-renew. Access ends the day after the exam date. / 試験回パスは購入時に一度だけ課金し、自動更新はありません。利用期限は試験日の翌日までです。

11. Cancellation and Refund / 返品・解約

JLPT Exam Pass: Because it is digital content, it cannot be returned or refunded after purchase, except where required by law. Existing subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the methods below. / 試験回パス: デジタルコンテンツのため、法令で認められる場合を除き、購入後の返品・返金はお受けできません。既存の定期購入は、以下の方法でいつでも解約できます。

  • Web: Stripe Customer Portal / Web は Stripe Customer Portal
  • Android: Google Play Subscription Management / Android は Google Play 定期購入管理画面

Existing subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled (Specified Commercial Transactions Act Enforcement Regulations, Article 23). The JLPT Exam Pass does not renew. / 既存の定期購入は、解約しない限り自動更新します（特商法施行規則 第 23 条）。試験回パスは自動更新されません。
